Diet and nutrition tips for Women
A healthy diet is very necessary for a woman, she takes care of herself and her family and for that healthy diet is necessary which will provide her energy to perform her duties properly. Today we will give some diet tips especially for women.
1. They should focus on whole natural food grains:
Their meal plate should consist mainly of green vegetables and fresh fruits. They should also consumes beans and whole grains which will provide fibers to remain active throughout the day.
2. Intake of calcium:
There are more chances for women as compared to men for occurrence of osteoporosis. So it is very necessary that their diet should provide them plenty amount of calcium to run their day properly. Some sources of calcium are dairy products, beans, kale etc.
3. Reduce the consumption of caffeine and alcohol
Over consumption of alcohol can cause osteoporosis where over consumption of caffeine can result in loss of calcium so keep a check on both of them.
4. Meals should contain the necessary amount of iron
5. Keep a check on consumption of protein.
Over consumption of animal based protein is very dangerous to the health, so you should keep a check on the consumption of it
