Most of the scientists have researched and surveyed about the benefits of the organic food over the conventional food. Most of the survey stated that organic foods are healthier and nutritious than those conventional foods which were occupied the market traditionally. Although it has been also said that these organic foods do not have any higher nutritional value but they are much safer to consume. Organic foods are safer because of the reason that any kind of chemicals or pesticides not being used during its growth. Organic foods do not have any kind of superior nutritional value but it plays a huge role in the development of the immune system.

Organic foods are grown without any help of the pesticides but these conventional foods are grown with immense applications of pesticides and fertilizers which are not at all good for any kids to consume. Pregnant woman should be very careful about the consumption of these food products as they can lead to birth defects. The price between conventional and organic food vary greatly in cost. Organic foods are very costly compared to the conventional foods and they are not also easily available.

Definitely thus one should have the basic knowledge that these organic foods do not possess any extra nutritional value than the conventional food but it is much safer and risk free consuming because of the natural growth. In order to stay healthy and fit organic food does have an edge over conventional food.
